Privacy policy

What we collect. Public data from websites (pages, robots.txt, information about products and services), business email addresses published on those websites, and the answers AI assistants give to our questions. From the “Discuss a review” form — the company's name, its website address and the contact you left (email, phone or Telegram name), and also the IP address and the time it was sent. From the support chat in the account — your messages to us. The server also logs every request to the site: the visitor's IP address, the time and the page.

Why. To prepare reports and send them to the company, to answer a request from the form and to discuss the review, the pilot and ongoing support. The form's IP address — to limit the number of requests from one address. The chat's messages — to answer your question. The server's log — to find faults and to protect the site from abuse.

Emails. We write to business addresses published on the site. Reply "stop" to any email and you will not hear from us again; we keep your address only on a suppression list.

Who processes the data. Smartlead (email delivery) and the AI services we put our questions to: they receive only the questions, never your contacts. The contact from the form is kept on our server; we do not sell it or pass it to other companies for their own purposes. Messages from the support chat also reach our team's Telegram group, so we answer sooner.

Retention. Reports of those who did not become customers are deleted 12 months after they were made. Requests from the form — 12 months after the last email about them, if the work did not start. Customers' data is kept for 12 months after the work ends. Server log lines with visitors' IP addresses — 30 days. The support chat is kept for as long as the account is, and is deleted with it, its copy in Telegram included.

Your rights. Email hello@galuro.com to get a copy of your data, to correct or delete it, or to withdraw your consent to its processing. We delete within 30 days.
