How we work

The review: what's included

We agree the cost in writing before we start. It covers one city and up to three lines of services; for more of either we name the cost once we have seen your site and services.

Turnaround3 working days once the questions are agreed.

Miss the deadline and we refund in full; a mistake of ours in the review, and we redo it free. We can't say you'll sell more: we show whether the answers changed. Refunds

A pilot and ongoing support come next, decided after the review.

What's included

  • Dozens of your customers' questions, agreed with you before we start.
  • Each question put to ChatGPT, Perplexity and DeepSeek 3–5 times on different days; the baseline runs over 3 days.
  • Who the assistants name instead of you, and which sites their answers rely on.
  • The fixes as ready code, each with where it goes, for your developer; on WordPress, a plugin.
  • Two follow-up measurements of the same questions, on day 30 and day 45 after the fixes go live.

A review is built from your site's public data and from the assistants' answers to your customers' questions. We need no access to your site: you or your developer publish the fixes.

What people ask before a review

What is Galuro?

Galuro checks whether AI assistants name your company when customers ask them who to turn to. We ask ChatGPT, Perplexity and DeepSeek your customers' questions, show who gets named instead of you, and prepare the fixes that make it easier for the assistants to name you.

Who is it for?

For mid-sized businesses: manufacturing, construction, clinics, services, B2B, regional companies and online shops. You need no AI specialist of your own: we hand you the fixes ready to use.

Aren't maps and reviews enough?

When AI assistants answer, they rely on platforms: maps, review sites, directories. We show which of them matter in your niche and where you are not yet. Maps and reviews are part of the work, not a substitute for it.

How do I know it worked?

Once the fixes are published, we measure the same questions twice, on day 30 and day 45, and show the difference: where you started being named and where nothing changed. We can't say you'll sell more, but we can show whether the assistants' answers changed.

What exactly do you measure?

How often ChatGPT, Perplexity and DeepSeek name your company when asked dozens of your customers' questions, who they name instead, and what their crawlers can read on your site.

How much does it cost?

We name the review's cost in writing once we agree which questions and competitors it covers; it covers one city and up to three lines of services. A pilot and ongoing support come next, decided after the review.

How long does a review take, and what does it include?

3 working days from when we agree the questions; the baseline runs over 3 days. It includes the fixes as ready-to-use code, each with where it goes (on WordPress, our plugin adds them), and two follow-up measurements, on day 30 and day 45 after they are published.

What do you change on my site?

We prepare fixes to your company data and to crawler access, and your team or contractor publishes them. We build the fixes only from facts about your company that you have confirmed — we don't make anything up. Your platform doesn't matter: each block says where it goes, and a developer can add them in a day. On WordPress, our plugin does it for you.

How long until the assistants notice?

Their crawlers visit sites on their own schedule, usually from a few days to a few weeks. That is why the follow-up measurements come on day 30 and day 45 after the fixes go live, and we compare measurements instead of naming a date.

Do you work with my competitors?

Yes, we can work with companies in the same niche. One company's data, reports and fixes are never shown to another. We don't promise exclusivity in a niche.

What if nothing changes?

If we don't deliver the review on time, we refund it in full; if it has a mistake of ours, we redo it free. If the fixes are published and the assistants' answers stay the same, the two follow-up measurements show it, on day 30 and day 45 after the fixes go live, and we say what to do next. Nobody can promise that the assistants will name you.

Do you need access to my site?

No. We read the public pages the way the assistants' crawlers do, and your developer publishes the fixes.

Why only in writing?

So that everything stays with you: the questions, what we agreed, the answers. We reply within a business day, by email.
