The review: what's included

We agree the cost in writing before we start. It covers one city and up to three lines of services; for more of either we name the cost once we have seen your site and services.

Turnaround3 working days once the questions are agreed.

Miss the deadline and we refund in full; a mistake of ours in the review, and we redo it free. We can't say you'll sell more: we show whether the answers changed. Refunds

What's included

  • Dozens of your customers' questions, agreed with you before we start.
  • Each question put to ChatGPT, Perplexity and DeepSeek 3–⁠5 times on different days; the baseline runs over 3 days.
  • Who the assistants name instead of you, and which sites their answers rely on.
  • The fixes as ready code, each with where it goes, for your developer; on WordPress, a plugin.
  • Two follow-up measurements of the same questions, on day 30 and day 45 after the fixes go live.

Why the AI names someone else

Step 1 of 5. A customer asks an AI

Your customer doesn't scroll through search results — they ask ChatGPT or Perplexity: “Where can I order steel structures in Leeds?” What comes back is not ten links but two or three names.

Step 2 of 5. The AI looks at who it knows

It builds the answer from what is written about companies in different places: maps, review sites, directories, websites. Each plate on a shelf is one mention of a company.

Step 3 of 5. It sets the answer

It takes first the ones it sees most often and in different places. Competitors A and B stand on all four shelves, C on three. They are the ones in the answer.

Step 4 of 5. Why you're not there

Your plate is behind a shutter: the AI's crawler can't read your website. On the other shelves you aren't there at all. Your place in the answer goes to Competitor C.

Step 5 of 5. What Galuro does

We find where it breaks and prepare the fixes: open the site to crawlers, add direct answers to its pages, get listed in directories and on review sites. Now there are four plates — so the AI can name you.
